First divide the heating tubes into three groups of equal number, then connect one end of the three groups of heating tubes to a common point, and then connect the other ends of the three groups of heating tubes to the three power lines of the three-phase power supply. Protective measures. This process must ensure that the power and quantity of the three sets of heating tubes are the same. Otherwise, the center store will shift and the heating tube will be burnt out.

2\ When the heating tube is connected to 380V industrial power, the voltage and the zero line must be confirmed first. It should be noted that if the rated voltage of the heating tube is confused, the heating tube will burn out or the power will be insufficient.

When wiring the 380V heating tube, first divide it into 3 groups according to the same number, and then connect the three groups of heating tubes to the hands and tails, so that there are three wire contacts between the heating tubes, and then connect the three wires of the three-phase power supply to the three contacts. Then take protective measures. In this process, the power and quantity of the three groups must be consistent.

Make sure that the wiring is tight during the wiring process, if the contact is poor, it is prone to fire.
